Hat Creek Burgers

A family-focused burger brand that began in 2008 as a food truck on Austin’s Sixth Street. Founder Drew Gressett built each restaurant as a “burger patio” where kids play on a custom playscape while parents relax with craft beer or wine. Fresh cheeseburgers, hand-spun shakes, chicken tenders, and a full breakfast menu served daily from 7 a.m. have fueled growth across Texas.
