The beloved soup-and-salad buffet that began as Souplantation in San Diego in 1978 and once operated nearly 100 restaurants. After closing in 2020, the brand made a celebrated comeback with new restaurants in Tucson and Fort Myers, with a return to California planned. Guests fill their plates from a generous salad bar, then help themselves to house-made soups, pastas, breads, muffins, and desserts.
