A fine fast-casual Indian concept founded in Washington, D.C., in 2017 by lifelong friends Sahil Rahman and Rahul Vinod, whose fathers have run acclaimed Indian restaurants in the region for more than 30 years. Guests build bowls from grains and greens, proteins like chicken tikka and turmeric shrimp, and house-made chutneys and toppings. Backed by NFL star Vernon Davis and growth investors, RASA is introducing a new generation to Indian food.
