An award-winning Mexican Artisan Kitchen & Bar founded in San Diego in 2012 by the Adler brothers and Lombrozo cousins with founding chef Luisteen Gonzalez. Inspired by the cosmopolitan flavors of Mexico City, its tacos are built on organic blue-corn tortillas made in-house and crowned with crispy melted cheese. A three-time Tacolandia winner featured by the Michelin Guide and Food & Wine, Puesto is also known for its Puesto Perfect Margarita and agave-focused bar program.
