Little Ruby's

The Australian café that started Wish You Were Here Group, founded in New York City in 2002 to bring Sydney’s laid-back coastal café culture to Manhattan. Open for brekkie, lunch, and dinner, it is known for its signature burgers, fresh pastas, brunch classics, and a full specialty coffee program. After more than two decades as a downtown New York institution, Little Ruby’s opened its first location outside the city in Uptown Dallas in 2026.
