A boutique New Orleans hospitality group founded in 2014 by Robért LeBlanc, whose family roots in the city date back to the 18th century. Its portfolio includes Sylvain, Cavan, Longway Tavern, Meauxbar, Barrel Proof, and Hotel Chloe, each delivering what the group calls 21st-century Southern hospitality. LeBlanc was named Restaurateur of the Year by the Louisiana Restaurant Association in 2019.
