A health-forward fast-casual concept founded in Orem, Utah, in 2014 by Brazilian-born husband-and-wife team Elcio and Mirian Zanatta. Everything is made from scratch daily, grilled or baked rather than fried, and prepared without refined sugars or seed oils. Globally inspired bowls, protein plates, smoothies, and dairy-free “nice cream” have fueled growth across Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho.
