A Dallas native and graduate of the University of Mississippi, Nico earned his degree in Finance before beginning his career in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Segovia Partners full-time, he gained valuable industry experience through internships with both Segovia Partners and CBRE in Dallas.

As a Broker Associate at Segovia Partners, Nico focuses primarily on tenant representation, working with national and regional restaurant and retail brands to identify new markets, evaluate opportunities, and execute expansion strategies throughout Texas and surrounding states. He is also actively involved in landlord representation, working with property owners to curate tenant mixes, develop leasing strategies, and attract quality retailers to shopping centers and retail developments.

Outside of work, Nico enjoys playing basketball, spending time outdoors, and following sports.
