Founded in Tucson in 1998 by multiple-time James Beard Award nominee Sam Fox, FRC has created some of the most successful restaurant brands in the country. Its portfolio includes North Italia, Flower Child, The Henry, Culinary Dropout, Doughbird, and Blanco Cocina + Cantina. The Cheesecake Factory acquired the company in 2019, citing the strength and growth potential of its concepts.
